We recently had the exterior of our house painted. We chose Reliable Home Improvement, INC. to perform the project, and we’re glad we did. This company lives up to their name, from the top to the bottom. Josh, our salesman, spent several hours talking with my wife and I about all of the specifics involved in the painting process, from the beginning to the end. He was very thorough in his inspection of our home’s exterior, addressing areas of dry rot, stucco damage, etc. The price he quoted was fair and reasonable. He even gave us an additional military discount. My wife and I are both retired Air Force Veterans. Pat, our project manager showed up the first day to explain the entire process involved. The first few days involved dry rot repair around our drive through garage, power washing and stucco patching. The painting crew included Airean, our lead painter, Jazani, David and Alberto. Note: Reliable Home Improvement does not use any subcontracted workers. They’re all employees of Reliable. My wife and I noticed the camaraderie between the workers right away. They all worked together as a team. Everyone arrived on time, except Jazani, who showed up early every day to start working. Airean and Pat did a great job of motivating the crew. We purchased new outdoor lighting, both front and back. Airean installed all of the lights, and they look great. We did find a few issues during the final walk through. Our concerns were quickly addressed. Airean came back out the next day to take care of all the issues we pointed out to him. We’re very pleased with our newly painted home. Not only is this company reliable, they’re dependable, honest, trustworthy and pay attention to detail. We would definitely hire them again. Thank you for a job well done.

Since buying our first home, finding honest, affordable, and reliable contractors has been a chore. I needed a 12’ x 24’ deep pour concrete foundation and not only did they give me the best price of all my quotes, they were completely transparent, attentive, punctual to the minute, and the foundation is perfect. Peter and Patrick are absolute rock stars and clearly know how to earn long term customers. I will 100% work with them again and if you’re reading this trying to decide who to hire for your job, you should reach out to Reliable. I’m so glad I did.

We had a patio cover installed by the company. The work was done well. They accidentally installed it in the wrong orientation (14x13 instead of 13x14), but they worked with us to make it right. I recommend them.

The crew did an excellent job on both the carpentry and painting. I would use them agin. My house has caulk where it has never had caulk before.

The team from Reliable was just that - reliable. They did what they said they were going to do and their entire team was professional, on time and cleaned up afterwards.

Reliable Home Improvement performed a paint job at my home. Travis, the Project Manager, the painters, Mario Andrew, and Zack did a great job. Everything that was expected and more. Highly recommend this company. I had a driveway widened, an RV pad poured, a porch and patio replaced, a shade cover installed, and a walkway put in leading to a fire pit circle. When Peter came by for a quote I told him "I'm going to give you my wishlist, and when it's too expensive we can start taking things off." But I never had to take anything off! I appreciated that the quote was actually more of a guaranteed cost. This meant the quote process was long so be prepared for a full presentation and some time commitment if you have them by to look at a job but you won't regret it! Jerry and Colton did an amazing job on my fence when we ran in to some issues with angles and trying to get an RV parked. Great problem solvers! Thank you Patrick for keeping in touch throughout the project and ensuring everything was buttoned up perfectly at the end. The owner Ryan is a real stand up guy and I will be using Reliable for my kitchen job in the future!

Incredible customer service and quality. The cement work on the pool surround and waterfall stairs was like art they pulled right out of my imagination. The garage door and custom woodwork on the childrens' built in cubby was beautiful as well. I can't say enough about the solid communication from Ryan leading to these results and the really fair pricing. Very satisfied. I hope to not need them again, but if I do need to, I won't hesitate as to where to call. Reliable, I really appreciate you all!
