The tear off crew for our roofing project were great-after the roof came off, these guys were super clean. They did a great job in cleaning up all of the roofing material. One of the cleanest tear-offs we've seen!The roofing crew was just a good! They were very respectful of our house and property, making sure to clean all the debris every day. They communicated the daily game plan really well, letting me know what to expect, if/when materials were being delivered, etc.

Second time we have used them. Definitely recommend their services. Jerry, Dean and Cesear replaced 2 sliding glass doors and helped with questions about our doggy door install. Jerry went beyond normal installation and helped with problems. Would call for this team anytime to work on our house.

From start to finish, this was a five-star experience. The team was knowledgeable and not pushy. The measuring appointment with Jerry was quick and precise. On installation day, Cesar and Dean arrived on time and worked efficiently. They removed the old windows and slide doors. Installed the new ones, and cleaned all debris. The craftsmanship was excellent: no drafts, easy operation, and the caulking and trim looked clean and professional. Communication was great throughout, and completion was done as scheduled. Highly recommend this team for anyone needing replacement windows.

SO HAPPY with Reliable Home improvements! We had work done in 2019 and needed some help with a window screen 6 years later and they promptly came out and replaced the screen. Everyone there from Chris the salesman, Lori Lee in the office to Dean and Cesar who replaced the screen were so professional, helpful and kind. Jerry was TERRIFIC in handling our problem. Will absolutely use their services again!

Reliable Home Improvement just completed a project including the replacement of multiple widows and a sliding glass door at our residence. The entire process from proposal to completion was very professional and a pleasant experience. The Project Manager, Jerry, was in constant contact with updates and guidance along the way. The installation crew was exceptional and very conscientious of working in a residence while replacing the multiple windows. We are very pleased with the results!!

Reliable Home Improvement fencing crew went Above and beyond the call of duty when building my fence around a 40 year-old grape vine and arbor.

Reliable has now completed two major projects on my home, and both have been outstanding. They replaced all my siding in 2022, and most recently removed and replaced my entire concrete patio. From the beginning, Taylor Thorn (Design Consultant) set the project up for success. I wouldn't start a job without him. Patrick Bedford, my Project Manager, kept everything smooth and stress-free. A huge thank you to the amazing crew: David Harrison, Nicoli Bautin, Tyler Johnson, and Joseph Woodruff. They were respectful, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work. I'm so pleased with the results and truly feel part of the Reliable Family. I won't hesitate to call them again for future projects. Highly recommend!

Reliable designed and installed our new screen and front entry door. Jerry and Tyler did an excellent job installing the doors and went the extra mile to ensure that the project was successful.

Reliable was amazing. Jared Rice was honest and a pleasure to work with. Jared and all of the laborers were knowledgeable and efficient. You can tell that they LOVE what they do as it shows in their work. I will most definitely use them again.

Jerry took time to explain the process when he came to measure the window. Today, he arrived a few minutes earlier than scheduled time, and explained again the process. I was observing the professionalism, covering the carpet with tarp, ensuring blinds and other furniture are being safely handled. They fixed in an expert manner and again reassured that if something ever goes bad I can call them right away. They both were kind and professional, when I showed Jerry and Tyler a lock stuck on the sliding door, they both went above and beyond to get it back into working order. I wish all companies can have kind and honest people like both of them. Go Jerry go!! You deserve 10 stars!!!!!
