Our Reviews

Christian and Jeremey are awesome communicators! Lewis is a very knowledgable and thorough worker!

We had a kitchen reface of cabinets as well as new flooring and countertop installed. The whole process was very quick, and the team did great work. Destiny coordinated the project and helped with picking out the color scheme, floor and design. She was always very easy to contact, and she was helpful and informative. Brant and Justin did the demo and then put the kitchen back together after the work was completed, and they were awesome and did exceptional work. Wes and Chris did the cabinet work, and Wes really went above and beyond and did an amazing job. Jeff, Edgar and Craig did the countertop and backsplash, and they were awesome as well. Everyone was always very friendly and informative throughout the process. Our kitchen looks amazing now, and we would definitely use this company again for future projects!

Dylan Jeremy and his crew did a great job on installing a fence and gate. For me , I would recommend them to others

I recently had the exterior of my home painted and some siding replaced by Reliable. They were very professional and easy to work with. The paint crew lead by Airean Skattebo was exceptional! They showed up on time, communicated clearly, answered all questions overall top notch service. The amount of prep work that went into the project produced a quality job. Airean's crew consisted of Steve, Marc, Landon, and Alberto were wonderful - they all carried themselves with professionalism (given their youthfulness) I was very pleased to see. I would recommend them hands down. Great job guys!!

Charles, Brian, and Reuben did a great job repairing the dry rot at my house prior to it being painted. The reconstructed pillar looks terrific and the gutter problem is corrected.

My experience with Reliable has been pleasant from Cliff arranging for the work to begin on a full exterior house wall replacement to Joe and his crew, Charles and Brian, who did amazing siding replacement, then finalized with Pat and his crew, Arian and Alberto, repainting the wall and trim with perfect color match.I must say, I've never met a more respectful and pleasant crew.

I cannot speak highly enough about Reliable Home Improvement in Citrus Heights! They remodeled a small bathroom that was in terrible shape. It’s beautiful now and I would be proud to show it to anyone. The staff is amazing! Destiny Prescott will walk you through every step, and she made me feel she was excited to help me. Our primary builder was Andrei Hlushko, and his work is truly exceptional. We could not be happier with Reliable Home Improvement than we are, and we highly encourage recommend them!

I have contracted with them for 3 different projects now and am extremely satisfied with all three. I love that my dog has approved and loved everyone from Reliable that has been here. The first project was to install a car charger. This required a sub panel replacement and then I needed them to clear all the electrical discrepancies found on the home inspection. To my surprise this only took one day, and I have had no issues.then I had a section of the yard converted to turf for easy maintenance for the dog relief area and a barn door install. The crews removed all dirt and debris and laid the turf down making it look amazing. The barn door looks works amazing and was even stained to match existing cabinetry. Then I had the roof replaced and I could not be happier. The crew all loved my dog and were very watchful for his safety while they worked. I could not be happier with my new roof. I want to extend a Thank You to the crew, Jeremiah, Elmer, David, Mark, George, Tyler, and Will. You did an amazing job.I already have another project contracted and have full intention of continuing to use Reliable Home Improvement, Inc in the future.

We had an excellent experience with Reliable Home Improvement during the installation of our new driveway. From our first meeting with the salesman, to the professionalism of the crew, to the guidance and support provided by our Project Manager, every step of the process reflected trustworthiness, integrity, and genuine care for customer satisfaction. The finished driveway is beautiful—exactly what we had hoped for—and the price was reasonable for the quality of work and level of service we received. We are glad to know they offer other home improvement services, because based on this experience, they have earned our trust. We would feel comfortable working with them again and will confidently recommend them to friends and neighbors.
