I would highly recommend this company. They provided very high quality of work, detailed, easy communication, cleaning up any mess after work day. We had exterior of our house fixed (dry rot) over course of several days by Anthony, Marcus and Ruben - all very professional and easy to talk to, answered all questions and concerns immediately. I would hire this company over again.

I have used Reliable for 3 jobs over the past 4+ years, exterior house paint, fence replacement and flooring. What I really like is that they guarantee their work for 5 years and will return anytime I have a problem. They are never the lowest bid but you get what you pay for and in this case, it’s peace of mind.Today I’m writing about the fence replacement they completed 2-3 years ago. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, from the sales rep to the contractors and I was very happy with the job. But fast forward a few years and some things needed tending. I had some warped boards and a gate that would not open all the way. I called 4 weeks ago to request the repairs. It took a little while to get to me, probably because it is summer. But finally my message got to Joe, the fencing supervisor, and he had a crew out to me in a matter of days. Brian and Charles showed up and took care of everything in no time. But when I got home I discovered one board was missed because it was hiding behind a trellis. They went out of their way to come back today and took care of it. And that is why I will continue to do business with Reliable…..it’s in their name. Thank you Joe, Charles and Brian.

The company construction manager Jeremiah ,He is thrive on clear communication .he has great leadership navigating and enforcing the project scopes aligned execution.He create a great team.The work crew are polite and diverse skills combine to achieve the goals. David Harrison he is outstanding skillfulness . He provided technical expertise .I appreciate the great teamwork..Fowlling days The interior crew ,Brant P and Justin L are excellent. Brant take time go over repairing the cracked walls.He is detailing the project to achive an excellent wall repair.Thank you for the outstanding work.

My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the professionalism and quality of Reliable Home Improvement.We had our new screen doors installed on Monday and the crew of Dean, Anthony, and Jerry worked seamlessly together to get everything done. They communicated great with us and made us aware of everything they were doing. Very polite, professional and worked as a great team to ensure everything was installed at Top Quality!We will definitely be using them again for any work in the future.We Highly Recommend them and this company!

We attended the Cal Expo Home Show in Sacramento and decided to use Reliable Home Improvement.We could not be happier with our experience with Reliable Home Improvement for a front door replacement and updated kitchen. They demonstrated operational reliability with top-tier technical craftsmanship. Destiny, Jerry, Brant, Justin, Thomas, Jeff, Edgar, and their associates were professional, knowledgeable, and highly skilled in their respective trades. They met and/or exceeded the schedule, kept the job site clean, and delivered impeccable workmanship.

Reliable installed lighting, wiring, and upgraded outlets: installed 11 can lights, a 6 light bathroom fixture, an entryway fixture. Also Brant fixed a problem with another previously installed can light and replaced an outlet in another area. Destiny helped with design and questions about my chosen bath and entry fixtures. Brant and Justin spent a lot of time working with us on the layout and complications of the can lights placements. They upgraded outlets, too. We loved the outcome and appreciated the time they spent installing and educating us. An enjoyable experience.

We just had a new slider installed by Reliable, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dean & Anthony were the installers who came out, and they were fantastic—very pleasant, fast, and extremely clean. They worked efficiently, left no mess behind, and made the whole process completely easy from start to finish.Great price, great service, and everything turned out perfect.
