Reliable has now completed two major projects on my home, and both have been outstanding. They replaced all my siding in 2022, and most recently removed and replaced my entire concrete patio. From the beginning, Taylor Thorn (Design Consultant) set the project up for success. I wouldn't start a job without him. Patrick Bedford, my Project Manager, kept everything smooth and stress-free. A huge thank you to the amazing crew: David Harrison, Nicoli Bautin, Tyler Johnson, and Joseph Woodruff. They were respectful, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work. I'm so pleased with the results and truly feel part of the Reliable Family. I won't hesitate to call them again for future projects. Highly recommend!

Reliable designed and installed our new screen and front entry door. Jerry and Tyler did an excellent job installing the doors and went the extra mile to ensure that the project was successful.

Reliable was amazing. Jared Rice was honest and a pleasure to work with. Jared and all of the laborers were knowledgeable and efficient. You can tell that they LOVE what they do as it shows in their work. I will most definitely use them again.

Jerry took time to explain the process when he came to measure the window. Today, he arrived a few minutes earlier than scheduled time, and explained again the process. I was observing the professionalism, covering the carpet with tarp, ensuring blinds and other furniture are being safely handled. They fixed in an expert manner and again reassured that if something ever goes bad I can call them right away. They both were kind and professional, when I showed Jerry and Tyler a lock stuck on the sliding door, they both went above and beyond to get it back into working order. I wish all companies can have kind and honest people like both of them. Go Jerry go!! You deserve 10 stars!!!!!

We recently had our old tub/shower replaced and….We absolutely love our walk in Shower and new floors! It is so much safer for us now. The whole team was wonderful, kind courteous and respectful of our home. The quality is the best. Thank you Destiny for helping with the design choices and scheduling and to Vasiliy for our beautiful huge, safe shower. My only regret was not getting it done sooner

This company was professional and compassionate from the start of our roof replacement to the very end. We have limited resources, so the price was the best. Since we have solar panels and power backup, this was a complex job. They handled it from beginning to end with limited downtime, even being there to cover the roof during a freak downpour directly over our house. Now that's service! We couldn't have been happier.

From start to finish Destiny, Marcus, Phil & Christian were wonderful, knowledgeable & professional. The shower is beautiful. I am recommending Reliable for a remodel

I recently had a master bathroom remodeled with this company and there's not enough stars for this company starting with Destiny the project manager who helped me with absolutely everything and was right there every time I needed anything, always quick to respond to texts and concerns, than Tim the senior project manager who was very helpful in explaining the process and very patient with me and last but not least Jason who did all the hard work, he was punctual and courteous, He kept my floors clean and protected throughout my house during the project and always had his area cleaned up at the end of the day, a very pleasant person to work with and did an amazing job my bathroom is absolutely beautiful better than I could have imagined! I'm very thankful I hired this company to do my work and im looking forward to starting my other bathroom mid spring next year.

Ryan Coffman and his team at Reliable did an absolute amazing job for me. I hired them to build a California Room on the back of my home in Roseville and we couldn't be happier. They did everything including stamped concrete, French Door installation, new windows, stucco, light installation, and they even ran future gas lines and wiring in the ceiling so I can hook up heaters. They were on time, professional and cleaned up daily. It is easy to give a good review of a company when everything goes smoothly, but the true gauge of a great company is their ability and willingness to correct anything you are unhappy with. With a job this big there was bound to be little things here and there that we wanted done differently than they assumed, and as soon as we pointed those out, they changed course and did it exactly how we wanted. I would highly recommend Reliable Home Improvement for any job you may have big or small. I have included pictures of the project throughout the process.

We recently had the exterior of our house painted. We chose Reliable Home Improvement, INC. to perform the project, and we’re glad we did. This company lives up to their name, from the top to the bottom. Josh, our salesman, spent several hours talking with my wife and I about all of the specifics involved in the painting process, from the beginning to the end. He was very thorough in his inspection of our home’s exterior, addressing areas of dry rot, stucco damage, etc. The price he quoted was fair and reasonable. He even gave us an additional military discount. My wife and I are both retired Air Force Veterans. Pat, our project manager showed up the first day to explain the entire process involved. The first few days involved dry rot repair around our drive through garage, power washing and stucco patching. The painting crew included Airean, our lead painter, Jazani, David and Alberto. Note: Reliable Home Improvement does not use any subcontracted workers. They’re all employees of Reliable. My wife and I noticed the camaraderie between the workers right away. They all worked together as a team. Everyone arrived on time, except Jazani, who showed up early every day to start working. Airean and Pat did a great job of motivating the crew. We purchased new outdoor lighting, both front and back. Airean installed all of the lights, and they look great. We did find a few issues during the final walk through. Our concerns were quickly addressed. Airean came back out the next day to take care of all the issues we pointed out to him. We’re very pleased with our newly painted home. Not only is this company reliable, they’re dependable, honest, trustworthy and pay attention to detail. We would definitely hire them again. Thank you for a job well done.

Since buying our first home, finding honest, affordable, and reliable contractors has been a chore. I needed a 12’ x 24’ deep pour concrete foundation and not only did they give me the best price of all my quotes, they were completely transparent, attentive, punctual to the minute, and the foundation is perfect. Peter and Patrick are absolute rock stars and clearly know how to earn long term customers.
